The Commercial Cleaner (Subcontractor) is responsible for delivering thorough and consistent cleaning services to a range of commercial clients within the Brisbane region. This role requires attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general commercial cleaning tasks, including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
Maintain cleanliness of offices, common areas, bathrooms, and other commercial spaces
Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and checklists
Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company quality standards and client expectations
Safely use and handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or concerns promptly




Maintain a professional standard of conduct when representing the business
Requirements
Availability to work after hours
Valid QLD driver's licence
Reliable vehicle and transport
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Trustworthy, punctual, and professional attitude
Previous commercial cleaning experience
