Service Engineer – Food & Packaging Machinery | Brisbane
Our client is a global leader in food processing and packaging equipment, looking for a Service Engineer to join their Brisbane team. This is a hands‐on role covering installation, breakdown response and preventative maintenance across their customer base.
What you'll do
Attend breakdown calls and get equipment back up and running fast
Install machines and equipment, ensuring performance meets contracted guarantees
Train customer staff on set‐up, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance
Run commissioning and post‐installation training
Build strong customer relationships and support the sales team in growing accounts
Report on installations and site visits, and help drive continuous improvement
What you'll bring
Trade qualification (mechanical and/or electrical) or equivalent hands‐on experience




Comfortable working across both mechanical and electrical/electronic systems
Strong troubleshooting instincts and a methodical approach to fault‐finding
Willingness to travel, including interstate at times and occasional weekend work
A customer‐first mindset and the ability to represent the business professionally on site
