We're seeking enthusiastic graduates who are completing or have recently completed a degree in:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Geotechnical Engineering
Environmental Engineering
Accounting and Finance

Depending on the discipline, you will be required to complete rotations across our 3 assets located in the Bowen Basin, gaining practical skills and experience working with industry professionals who will support your development and help build a successful career in mining.

We are looking for:
Recent graduates (qualifications obtained in 2025 or 2026)
A practical mindset and willingness to learn on site
Genuine interest in building a career in mining
Robust communication and teamwork skills
Ability to relocate or undertake rotations in Central Queensland for the majority of the program (accommodation and travel support will be provided if required)
