Your Mission
Reporting to our NSW Marketing Manager, you'll coordinate marketing across a range of our venues, including the iconic Moore Park precinct. You'll build strong relationships with venue teams and balance competing priorities, across this diverse portfolio spanning public golf, fitness, social sport, hospitality events and community programs. Each venue offers distinct audiences and experiences, creating plenty of scope for bold campaigns that grow awareness, participation, membership and visitation.
What You'll Do
Plan and deliver
integrated marketing campaigns from brief to launch, setting transparent timelines, coordinating contributors and keeping stakeholders informed along the way
Bring our brands to life
and ensure consistency across all channels
Create content that stops the scroll
and sparks conversation
Manage competing campaigns
, deadlines and requests across multiple venues, proactively flagging risks and resetting priorities when needed
Monitor and report on effectiveness
, using data to drive continuous improvement
Build trusted partnerships
with venue managers and key stakeholders, translating shared priorities into clear plans while managing budgets for maximum impact
Drive PR and media engagement
to keep us in the spotlight
Develop communication strategies
that build the business and enhance brand reputation
Bring people with you

About You
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
5+ years of hands‐on marketing experience, including end‐to‐end campaign delivery in a fast‐moving, multi‐stakeholder environment
A proactive, collaborative and outcome‐focused mindset, you spot what needs doing, bring the right people together and follow through
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects, deadlines and contributors at once
A valid driver's license for site visits
Love variety, from brainstorming funky activations to cruising in a golf buggy, no two days are ever the same
