We're seeking a driven and customer-focused
Customer Service Representative
to play a key role in growing our business with established and new accounts. If you love being on the road, connecting with customers, and delivering top-notch service, this is the exciting opportunity you've been waiting for.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be pivotal to our business. This is a varied role that combines customer engagement, deliveries and operational support.
The main focus of this important role includes:
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Provide exceptional service and product advice to customers (full training will be provided).
Deliver products safely and professionally to customers.




Consignment and stock rotation at customer sites
Accurately pick, and pack daily deliveries
Accurately complete sales paperwork in a timely manner
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5.00pm (40-hour week) with Rostered Saturday mornings (paid at penalty rates)
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Licensed to drive a manual vehicle preferred, but not essential
Forklift and MR licenced (or willing to obtain)
Physically fit & able to lift heavy items repetitively
Able to build strong customer relationships
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Computer literacy for reporting and customer management
Able to have fun while working hard
