We are looking for an experienced
HVAC Service Technician
to join a growing specialist team focused on the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial cooling towers for data centres across NSW.
This is a
hands-on field-based role
with a solid focus on high-quality HVAC and cooling system work in critical infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and test industrial cooling towers on data centre sites
Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, fault diagnosis, and repairs
Carry out in office troubleshooting and warranty rectification work
Provide technical support and excellent customer service to clients on-site
Complete detailed service reports, documentation, and quality records
Assist with workshop assembly, testing, and production support when not on sites
Work independently while maintaining strong safety and quality standards

About You:
Trade qualified in Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field
Proven experience in HVAC service, installation, or maintenance (especially industrial or commercial cooling systems)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
White Card (essential)
Current Class C Driver's Licence
Comfortable working independently and travelling to client sites
Physically fit and able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors
Highly Regarded:
Confined Space, Working at Heights, or High-Risk Work tickets
Previous experience with cooling towers, chillers, or data centre HVAC systems
Location:
Based on the Central Coast, with regular travel to data centre sites across Sydney and NSW. We are seeking
Sydney-based technicians
