The Role – Assistant Strata Manager

This is a great opportunity for someone with strata experience who is ready to step up and further develop their skills within a supportive and structured environment.

In this role, you will:
Support a portfolio of strata schemes alongside an experienced Strata Manager
Assist in preparation of meetings, minutes, and supporting documentation
Coordinate maintenance, insurance claims, and contractor works
Assist with client communication and respond to enquiries promptly and professionally




Work closely with our internal support teams to deliver exceptional service

What You'll Bring
Previous experience in strata management or a related assistant role
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Familiarity with WA strata legislation (or willingness to learn)
