About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced New Car Sales Consultant to join a high-performing sales team.

Working alongside a results-driven leadership team, you will help uphold and exceed the premium standards expected by prestige automotive customers. This role suits a motivated sales qualified who is customer-focused, target-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the end-to-end vehicle sales process
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets




Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Present and demonstrate vehicles in a professional and engaging manner
Maintain accurate records and manage follow-up activities
Work collaboratively within the sales team to support dealership success

About You
Previous experience in automotive sales (prestige brand experience highly regarded)
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Team-first mindset with a robust work ethic
Excellent communication and time management skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Proactive, professional, and positive approach to achieving results
Current Australian driver’s licence
