Western Union in Sydney is seeking a Senior Manager, Change Lead for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on a fixed-term 12-month basis. You will lead end-to-end risk and compliance uplift initiatives, shaping CDD policies, controls and governance frameworks across AML/CTF programs.
You will coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Technology to embed robust CDD processes and manage regulatory expectations, reporting to senior leadership from a global compliance function.
