Administration & Customer Service Coordinator

Brisbane Skylights is looking for a friendly, organized and dependable Administration & Customer Service Coordinator to join our busy team.

This is a varied role where you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping manage enquiries, bookings, quotes and general administration. You will work closely with our sales team, installers and customers to help keep jobs running smoothly from the initial enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
Responding to emails and online enquiries
Booking appointments and coordinating installation schedules
Preparing and sending quotes, invoices and customer information
Following up customers and outstanding quotes
Updating job notes, customer records and internal systems
Liaising with installers, sales staff and suppliers
Assisting with general office administration




Helping resolve customer concerns in a professional and positive manner

About You
Has solid communication and customer service skills
Is confident speaking with customers over the phone
Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Is comfortable using computers, email and office software
Can remain calm and qualified in a busy environment
Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through
Enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team
Previous experience in administration, customer service, construction or the trade industry would be highly regarded, but training will be provided to the right person.
