About the Role
We are seeking a Process & Quality Improvement Manager to lead branch-level improvement initiatives with a strong focus on process improvement, process engineering, structured problem solving and continuous improvement. This role is central to driving Lean Manufacturing practices, reducing waste, improving product quality and building capability across the shop floor. You will lead DMAIC-based improvement projects, optimise quality systems and support the branch in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver process improvement and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects to reduce waste, defects and variation.
Apply process engineering principles to optimise workflows,



cycle times and operational efficiency.
Facilitate structured problem-solving including RCA, 5 Whys, Fishbone and DMAIC to address recurring issues.
Implement and enhance QMS, NCR, RMA and OEE processes within the ERP environment.
Drive a continuous improvement culture through coaching, training and hands-on leadership.
Collaborate with operations, warehouse and supplier teams to improve incoming quality and material flow.
Support digitalisation, automation and error-proofing initiatives aligned with the national quality strategy.
Provide accurate reporting on scrap, RMAs, cost of quality and CI performance.
About You
Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or similar.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification with Black Belt exposure desirable.
***** years experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong background in process improvement, process engineering and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proven ability to lead hands-on problem-solving on the shop floor.
Experience with NCR, RMA, OEE and quality reporting systems.
Strong analytical, communication and coaching skills.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
