Our client is a highly respected commercial property group seeking a Junior Commercial Property Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential property manager looking to transition into commercial property, with mentorship, training and support provided. You'll manage a quality portfolio while continuing to develop your technical property knowledge and career.
Duties
Day‐to‐day management of a commercial property portfolio across office, retail and industrial assets
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors
Coordinate maintenance works, inspections and contractor engagement
Monitor lease obligations, rent reviews, outgoings and arrears management
Prepare reports, budgets and client correspondence as required
The skills and experience required for this role




Minimum 5 years' experience in residential or commercial property management
Strong understanding of property operations and tenant relationship management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
Current Real Estate Licence/Registration and a valid driver's licence
