Reporting to the CEO, you will direct four teams across Parts, Warranty, Technical Support and the Customer Contact Centre, ensuring swift issue resolution and exceptional customer outcomes.

You will interact across Aftersales, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Network Development and Brand to remove barriers, improve service delivery and drive value for customers and partners.
