Elements of Byron is hiring a Pastry Chef at a casual level to join the Pastry Team. Start ASAP; Commis or Demi level considered. Previous experience in a luxury hotel/resort kitchen is preferred, with min Cert III in Commercial Cookery/Patisserie.
You will support the pastry section, follow recipes, and help maintain quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates bring passion for artisan baking and the ability to work across busy periods, including weekends. Sponsorship is not offered.
