Administration & Colour Selections Coordinator
FULL TIME
We are looking for a friendly, organized and proactive Administration & Colour Selections Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys administration, working with customers, coordinating details and helping clients make colour, finish and product selections. You will be an important part of our day-to-day operations, supporting both our customers and internal team to keep projects organized and moving forward.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing general administrative support to the team
Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
Managing emails, appointments, documents and project information
Coordinating client colour and product selection appointments
Assisting customers with colors, finishes, fixtures and material selections
Preparing and updating colour selection schedules and documentation
Communicating selections and changes to clients, suppliers and the internal team
Ordering samples and following up with suppliers
Maintaining accurate customer and project records
Data entry, filing and document management
Assisting with quotes, purchase orders and invoices where required
Keeping the showroom,



sample library or selection area organized and up to date
Supporting the wider team with general office and project coordination tasks
About you
You will be a great fit for this role if you are:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with customers
Able to manage several tasks and priorities at the same time
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
A clear communicator with good written and verbal skills
Confident using computers, email and Microsoft Office
Interested in colors, finishes, interiors, design or construction
Reliable, positive and willing to help across different areas of the business
Experience in administration, customer service, colour selections, interior design, construction, building, cabinetry or a showroom environment would be highly regarded.
