The Opportunity
As a Childcare Educator, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment where children feel confident, supported, and excited to learn.
Working alongside a passionate and experienced team, you'll help deliver high-quality education while building strong relationships with children and families.
Your Responsibilities
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Create engaging learning experiences that support children's growth and development.




Supervise and guide children throughout their daily routines.
Assist in implementing our educational program.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment.
Observe and document children's learning and development.
Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional education and care.
About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, reliable, and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young children.
You'll ideally have:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be actively working towards one.
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain one.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A genuine passion for early childhood education.
Australian working rights.
Please note:
Due to government regulations, applicants
must hold, or be actively working towards, a minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
