The role involves high intensity support, personal care, daily living activities, and facilitating community participation with 24/7 in office support at a newly constructed apartment block.
You will work with participants across physical, intellectual, social and mental health supports, ensuring safety, dignity and empowerment while following established protocols and documenting care
