Veritas House in NSW is seeking a Case Worker for the Permanency Support Program. This full‐time 12‐month contract role delivers comprehensive case management to children and young people in out‐of‐home care, working toward protected, lasting permanency with DCJ, carers and families.
You will develop case plans, assist with independent living skills, maintain documentation and ensure NSW Child Protection standards are met.
