This prospect offers:
Full time role & 35hours working week
Attractive annual salary $118,562 - $131,233 p.a. plus 12% superannuation
Location: Coffs harbour (hybrid/flexible working arrangements considered)

What you'll be doing:
Join a dynamic team delivering Community Protection Plans and Neighbourhood Safer Places to enhance community safety and resilience.
Our Ideal Candidate:
A proactive and adaptable professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver results.
Experienced in community risk planning, development assessment, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with a passion for building community resilience.
Committed to providing excellent customer service, with the flexibility to travel to regional areas and work weekends when required.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
A Diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent expertise.
RFS Community Safety Facilitator (CSF)
certification or equivalent expertise.
RFS RFI and ASR certification or equivalent expertise.
Current driver licence and the ability to travel.
During periods of major fire activity, the incumbent may be required to support operational management activities consistent with their skills and background.
