We are looking for self-motivated, passionate and enthusiasticTennis Coaching professionals to join our team! You will play an essential rolein delivering high-quality tennis activities to our community.
Remuneration of$***** gross per hour + superannuation.
Positions arecasual and on an as needs basis. Applications will be retained on file to fill vacancieswithin our casual pool as they arise.

Key responsibilities:
Deliverengaging and high-quality tennis coaching sessions for juniors and adults.
Assistwith the delivery of Tennis Australia programs (e.g., Hot Shots, CardioTennis).
Liaisewith Tennis Team leader on all issues relating to Coaching Sessions / TennisPrograms.
Encourageplayer development, technique improvement, and enjoyment of the game.
Fostera safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
Liaisewith parents, players, and staff to ensure clear communication and qualityservice.
Supporttennis centre events, competitions, and holiday clinics as required.
Ensurethe quality of coaching is of a consistently high standard.
Participatein regular in-house training sessions and staff meetings.
Maintaincurrency of qualifications relevant to the position.
Completeother reasonable duties or tasks as required with consultation from the WaggaLeisure Tennis Head Coach.
What you will need to succeed:
Tennis Australia Coach Membership(Junior Development or Club Professional level, or equivalent accreditation).
Class C Drivers Licence.
CurrentCPR Certificate or proof of enrolment in course.




CurrentFirst Aid Certificate or proof of enrolment in course.
National Police Check Clearance.
NSWWorking With Children Check Clearance.
Skills and experience
Experiencerelevant to the role including the delivery of programs.
Solidcommunication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills including highlydeveloped customer service skills.
Demonstratedability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Demonstratedunderstanding of Equal Employment Opportunity and Work Health & Safetyrequirements relevant to the role including risk assessment of activities andtasks.
Abilityto work weekends and spread of hours in accordance with rostering / programmingarrangements.
