Shape the strategy behind one of Australia's fastest-growing digital businesses.
I'm partnering with a leading Australian organisation that has built a highly successful digital business and is now entering its next phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity for a strategy consultant to move in-house and influence the commercial direction of a digital business with millions of customers.
Working closely with the Digital Leadership Team, you'll help answer the biggest strategic questions facing the business—from identifying new growth opportunities and customer segments to shaping investment decisions, digital propositions and long-term commercial strategy.
The Prospect
This is a high-impact strategy role sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer insight and digital innovation.
You'll be responsible for:
Developing the digital growth strategy and strategic roadmap.
Identifying new market opportunities, customer segments and growth levers.
Building commercial models, business cases and investment recommendations.
Partnering with senior executives to support strategic decision making.
Assessing build, buy and partner opportunities.
Using market, customer and competitor insights to shape future strategy.
Supporting annual strategic planning, budgeting and long-term forecasting.
Helping define and measure strategic outcomes across the digital portfolio.




Leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance strategic analysis and decision making.
About You
You'll most likely come from a top-tier or specialist strategy consulting background and be looking for the opportunity to own strategy beyond recommendations.
You'll bring:
Experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
Exposure to digital, customer, product or growth strategy.
Outstanding commercial modelling and financial analysis skills.
Strong strategic problem-solving and structured thinking.
Experience developing investment cases and executive-level recommendations.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
A passion for digital innovation, customer experience and emerging technologies.
Curiosity around AI and how it can accelerate strategic decision making.
