Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook,



and assemble meals to strict client specifications in a high-volume environment
Ensure compliance with
HACCP, food safety, and workplace health & safety standards
Maintain stock levels and assist with production planning
Perform quality control checks to ensure consistency and presentation
Supervise and support Catering Assistants as required
About You
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Proven experience in
bulk cooking or high-volume kitchens
Adaptable availability, including overtime and weekend work
Full working rights in Australia
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production targets
