Postino Osteria is a One Hat Italian neighbourhood osteria by Maestro Hospitality, bringing together authentic Italian food, exceptional wines, and genuine hospitality in the heart of Summer Hill. Relaxed yet refined, Postino is all about creating memorable dining experiences in a welcoming environment.
As part of the Maestro Hospitality Group, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside passionate hospitality professionals across our award-winning venues, including Two Hat a'Mare, Two Hat Ormeggio at The Spit, One Hat Cibaria Manly, One Hat Pizza'Mare, and One Hat Vineria Luisa.
We're currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced Waiters, Bartenders and Food & Beverage Runners to join our casual front of house team.

We're looking for people who:
Deliver warm, genuine and attentive customer service
Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Present professionally and take pride in their work
Are reliable, punctual and eager to learn
Have a genuine passion for food, wine and hospitality
Confidently manage a section during service
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Recommend menu items and beverages
Deliver a polished dining experience from start to finish
SevenRooms or other online reservation experience
Prepare classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine and coffee
Maintain a clean, organised and productive bar
Deliver exceptional guest interaction and product knowledge
Previous cocktail experience is a must!
Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently
Clear and reset tables to venue standards
Assist the floor team throughout service
Ability to confidently carry three plates is a must
Current NSW RSA Certificate
Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
A passion for hospitality and working as part of a high-performing team
