, who seek a recent Account Manager for their International Dental channel.

Founded more than 30 years, the business remains 100% Australian owned and has grown to export to over 25 countries, with warehouses across three continents and products stocked in more than 8,000 storefronts throughout Australia.
Reporting to the International Business Manager, this position is responsible for growing international dental sales and profitability through effective account management, business development, and the strengthening of key customer and distributor relationships. The role supports the execution of strategic sales initiatives, identifies new market opportunities, and contributes to achieving revenue and growth targets across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Development: manage and develop relationships with international dental distributors accounts across Asia, Middle East, Europe, Africa and South America. Drive these accounts to achieve revenue and profit forecasts
Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue expansion by exploring new markets and potential partners within existing markets to enhance product distribution
Marketing Campaigns: Negotiate and develop marketing campaigns for each key account.
Support market growth with various initiatives such as mass samplings, email campaigns etc
Report on performance metrics and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure product compliance and adherence to relevant government legislation and guidelines
Work with the Logistics team to maintain accurate stock forecasts, accounting for regular sales, new product launches and marketing campaigns
Explore and lead projects for tailored product offerings to meet specific business needs, ensuring successful execution
Develop a comprehensive understanding of international markets, including specific customs, pressures, barriers to trade, language requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
Price list management
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity
Support and contribute to a culture of customer focused support ensuring customer service response is adequate and all stakeholders are satisfied with support levels
Full training can be provided in the products and specifics of this role however to be considered you will bring:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Business Development
Demonstrated success in creating and managing high-performing, sustainable service programs with a focus on customer outcomes
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
The ability to work independently, set objectives and meet these within appropriate timeframes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
A competitive remuneration package is offered for this role commensurate with experience.
Please note this is an office based role with hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
