Workday Test Analyst (Senior) - *MUST HAVE WORKDAY QA EXPERIENCE*
We're partnering with a leading enterprise organisation seeking an experienced
Workday Test Analyst
to support the ongoing enhancement, optimisation and release management of its enterprise Workday platform.

The Role
As the Workday Test Analyst, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing testing activities across the Workday platform, ensuring all enhancements and releases are thoroughly validated before deployment.
Working closely with Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, Developers and business stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of the organisation's Workday ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute testing for Workday enhancements, fixes and new functionality
Develop and maintain SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end test cases
Validate Workday business processes, security roles and configuration changes
Test Workday HCM, Payroll and Financials functionality
Perform integration testing across Workday and connected enterprise applications
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders
Identify, document and manage defects through to resolution
Support quarterly Workday (R1/R2) release testing and production deployments
Maintain and continually improve Workday regression test packs
Produce test reports, quality metrics and testing documentation
Work collaboratively within Agile delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
About You




You'll be an experienced Test Analyst with strong Workday knowledge and a proven track record delivering quality outcomes across enterprise SaaS platforms.
Commercial experience testing
Workday
Strong understanding of
Workday HCM
, including Core HCM and business processes
Experience testing
Workday Financials
and/or
Workday Payroll
(highly desirable)
Strong experience across SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing
Experience testing Workday integrations and interfaces
Experience with defect management and test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps or similar)
Excellent analytical, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working within Agile project environments
Highly Regarded
Workday implementation or post-go-live enhancement experience
Experience supporting quarterly Workday releases (R1/R2)
Knowledge of Workday security, reporting or integrations
Exposure to Workday Studio, EIB or Prism Analytics
ISTQB Certification
