The Role
You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival through to departure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a resort setting and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Strong attention to detail in service and presentation
Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude
Skills & Experience
Previous hotel front office experience highly regarded
Knowledge of RMS or similar PMS
Strong communication and qualified telephone manner
Good computer skills (Word, Excel)
Ability to work a flexible roster including evenings and weekends
Well presented with solid organisational skills
