The Personnel Group is seeking a compassionate Employment Pathways Mentor to support customers in the Inclusive Employment Australia program. Based in Launceston, you’ll mentor individuals through pre-employment to work, promoting inclusive practices and tailoring support.
This is a full time role based in Launceston, with regional travel as needed to support engagement and service delivery. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth transitions and solid client outcomes.
