Who You Are
You have 7 to 9 years of construction management or delivery experience specifically with large-scale (up to $800M) fast-track projects
You hold a Bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering or a degree in construction management
You possess experience working for a data centre operator or cloud provider within the APAC region
You are an exceptionally flexible, forward-thinking leader with a goal-oriented attitude and excellent English skills

What You Will Be Doing
Managing the construction phases of data centre facilities to ensure safe delivery on time, within budget, and to quality
Leading and challenging general contractors, consultants, and vendors to achieve optimal project results and milestones
Overseeing cost management, budget reviews, and risk mitigation strategies to prevent delays or financial overruns
Coordinating with cross-functional teams and local authorities to manage commissioning and the final handover of facilities
