Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Overhaul
Conduct detailed inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft during scheduled base maintenance.
Perform structural, mechanical, and avionics system overhauls, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and regulatory standards.
Oversee the disassembly and reassembly of major aircraft components, including wings, fuselage, and engines.
Certification & Documentation
Certify the completion of maintenance tasks by issuing Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) upon satisfactory inspection and testing.
Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities, including parts used, modifications made, and compliance with airworthiness directives.
Ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Implement and adhere to quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of maintenance are met.
Participate in internal and external audits, addressing any findings promptly and effectively.
Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices to maintain compliance.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess the following: CASA Part 66 License, Holding ASIC card or be eligible to hold Australian ASIC
Experience inPart 145
Capacity to refer to and interpret specifications/standards and written technicalinstructions
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines whiles part of the team
Excellent time management and organisational skills with robust attention to detail

Candidate must hold a current Australian drivers license.
Experience on the following aircraft components would be highly regarded
Bell Series Helicopters 212/412 & 206/407 Drive/power train
Heavy maintenance experience
