We're looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead our kitchen into its next chapter.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who wants real ownership of a kitchen. You'll shape the menu, run every service and set the standard on every plate that leaves the pass. Just as importantly, you'll build and mentor the team - creating a kitchen culture people want to be part of and stay in.

We're open to two kinds of chef: an established Head Chef ready for their next challenge, or a solid Sous Chef ready to step up into their first head role. If you've earned your stripes somewhere serious and you're hungry to lead, we want to hear from you.

A strong grounding in South East Asian cooking and ingredients
