Receptionist / Beauty Therapist (Digital Media Experience Preferred)

We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and motivated Receptionist / Beauty Therapist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients with a warm, qualified attitude.
Manage appointments, phone calls, and client enquiries.
Perform beauty treatments to a high standard (where qualified).
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming salon environment.
Process payments and manage daily administrative tasks.
Create and post engaging content on social media platforms.
Assist with digital marketing,



promotions, and online client engagement.

Requirements:
Experience as a receptionist and/or qualified beauty therapist.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Solid organisational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, or Canva is an advantage.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
