Qualifications & experience
Licensed strata manager with a minimum of 5+ years experience
Tertiary qualifications preferred
Tasks & responsibilities
Management of no more than 20 buildings involving complex structures
Project management of large-scale defects and remedial works
Building a network of robust relationships with committee members and building managers
Participating and supporting a positive workplace culture
