The Opportunity
With our iconic project currently underway along Moreton Bay, 'One' Redcliffe requires aseasoned Site Managerto join our site team and take the reins on our largest development to date.
In this permanent, full-time role, you willlead a high-performing teamfrom ground-breaking through to handover, driving build quality, safety, and program milestones.
To be successful, you will have the following:
At least 5 years of experience in a Site Manager role, specifically leading multi-residential construction projects (mid- to high-rise)
A degree or diploma in Construction Management (or equivalent), will be highly desired
Key Responsibilities:




Exceptional leadership and team-management skills to inspire, mentor, and guide your site crew and subcontractors
Guarantee all construction aspects meet quality standards, and are finished within time and budget constraints
Oversee all health & safety aspects, including risk assessments & method statements
Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies
Proactive problem-solving skills, turning on-site challenges into opportunities
Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams with clarity and professionalism
