What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading and supporting the salon team to deliver exceptional client experiences
Ensuring the salon runs smoothly day to day including rostering, bookings and operations
Driving key salon performance metrics including average client spend, rebooking and weekly revenue




Supporting team development through coaching, mentoring and maintaining training standards
Maintaining a positive team culture and strong communication across the salon
Ensuring the salon presentation reflects a premium, luxury environment
Supporting marketing initiatives including social media engagement and promotions
Working on the floor with clients while leading the team by example
What We're Looking For
An experienced senior hairdresser with salon leadership experience and strong industry knowledge
A blonde specialist - confident across foiling, balayage, toning and colour correction
Someone who naturally leads with positivity, professionalism and energy
A passion for delivering a luxury client experience
Solid organisational and leadership skills
Confidence managing team performance and salon KPIs
A genuine desire to build a positive and motivated team environment
