About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapist to join the team at our endota spa Cronulla location.
This is a casual role, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule.
Based in Cronulla, NSW, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, providing exceptional beauty treatments and services to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Providing a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, tinting, and more
Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment rooms
Recommending and selling appropriate retail products to clients
Contributing to the overall success and growth of the endota spa Cronulla location
What we're looking for
A minimum of 1 years' experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist
Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised and exceptional client experience
Excellent knowledge of a wide range of beauty treatments and techniques




A passion for the health and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
Excellent time management and organisational skillsA positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy required
Demonstrated expertise in facial treatments, body massage, skin assessment, and lash/brow services
Ability to meet service and retail sales KPIs whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction
