in residential aged care facilities.

Key Responsibilities




Provide high-quality personal care and support to aged care residents
Assist with activities of daily living
Monitor and accurately document resident care
Administer medications (where qualified and authorised)
Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams
Deliver compassionate, person-centred care
To Be Successful You Will Have
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Minimum
6 months' experience
working in residential aged care
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current
******* Influenza Vaccination
and COVID-19 vaccination in line with client requirements
Full Australian working rights
Be currently residing in Australia
