About the role:
This role puts you at the centre of new vehicle sales operations, where your leadership directly shapes the customer experience and the team's success.
Your day-to-day will include:
Leading and mentoring a dedicated new vehicle sales team, giving you real influence over culture, performance, and professional growth
Setting and monitoring sales targets, so your strategic thinking translates into measurable outcomes
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, turning first-time buyers into lifelong advocates for the dealership
Collaborating with finance and other departments to deliver a smooth, end-to-end purchase experience
Reviewing sales performance data regularly, keeping you informed and ahead of market trends
Representing premium vehicle brands that give your team genuine products to be proud of
About You:
You are an experienced automotive sales professional who leads by example and thrives when your team succeeds alongside you.
More about you:
Proven experience in a current vehicle sales management or senior sales role within a franchised dealership
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through team development rather than individual effort alone




Strong communication skills that work equally well with customers, team members, and manufacturer representatives
Confidence using dealer management systems to track activity and report on performance
A current Queensland driver's licence
Familiarity with the Arundel or broader Gold Coast market would be a genuine advantage in this role
