About the role:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and well-presented Medical Receptionist to join our team on a part-time/casual basis.
The role involves welcoming patients, managing appointments, processing billing, and supporting our doctors and nurses in a professional environment.
You will need:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
Experience in Medical Director and Pracsoft
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, supportive team
