He is now looking for the right person to join him.
The position will be shaped around the successful candidate.
For someone with solid organisation and industry experience, it may be an Executive Assistant role.
For someone with proven sales capability and the confidence to take on more client‐facing responsibility, it may become a Sales Associate position.
The responsibilities may differ, but the expectations will not.

Someone who wants to take ownership, keep learning and play a genuine role in the growth of the business.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with Jason across the full sales process, keeping the business organised, clients informed and campaigns moving.
As anExecutive Assistant, you will take ownership of campaigns, client care, administration and the day‐to‐day operation of the business.
As aSales Associate, you will do the same while taking on greater responsibility for buyers, prospecting, appointments and new business.
Across both pathways, you will:
Manage Jason's appointments, priorities and daily workflow
Coordinate property campaigns from listing through to settlement
Prepare proposals, marketing materials and sales documentation
Communicate with vendors, buyers, suppliers and internal teams
Attend appraisals, inspections, open homes and auctions
Coordinate buyer feedback and client follow‐up
Maintain accurate CRM records, campaign updates and reporting




Support database growth, prospecting and lead generation
Coordinate photography, floorplans, EERs and property marketing
Improve systems and help deliver a standout client experience
The Sales Associate pathway will also include greater ownership of buyer relationships, client appointments, prospecting and new business opportunities.
About You
You are organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace.
You communicate well, take pride in the details and do not need to be chased to get things done.
You will bring:
Strong administration, organisation or sales skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident written and verbal communication
The ability to manage competing priorities
Strong client service and relationship‐building skills
Initiative, accountability and a willingness to learn
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Real estate registration or the ability to obtain it
Most importantly, you are ambitious.

Full‐time position
Monday to Friday, generally 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Weekend availability required for open homes, auctions and appointments
Remuneration based on experience and the position
