Our Client based in Carrum Downs is looking for a Curtain Production Supervisor for their warehouse!
Temp to Perm Opportunity!
Negotiable hourly rate dependant on experience $40 - $50p/h
The Position:
You will be responsible for overseeing the curtain production team, ensuring daily schedule and a high quality of workmanship is met.

Your Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and supervise team accordingly
Monitor quality control standards and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, knowledge and quality.
Provide training and guidance to team members on machine operation and sewing techniques.




Monitor stock levels and inform Production Manager when stock is low.
Sewing curtains as per daily production schedule and specifications supplied.
Quality checks
Detect and adjust any function defects.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
To be successful:
Experience in window furnishings
Experience with industrial sewing machines
Sewing experience with one or all of the following - Lining, velvet, pleated and angled curtains.
Ability to delegate jobs to the team
Stock control
Full working rights
Own reliable transport
