You are an experienced finance professional with strong technical accounting expertise and a commercial mindset. You have experience operating in a rapid-paced, commercially focused workplace and are confident managing complex financial operations across multiple entities.

You will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior finance, financial accounting, finance manager, or financial controller role.
Demonstrated experience within a trading, commodities trading, agribusiness, manufacturing, wholesale, FMCG, or other complex commercial setting.
Experience working in a commodities trading or trading organisation, with an understanding of revenue recognition, margin analysis, inventory management, working capital, and commercial decision-making.
Strong experience managing financial reporting,



consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and taxation compliance.
Proven experience leading and developing finance teams.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Experience within a commodities trading environment or another complex, multi-entity commercial business will be highly regarded, along with the ability to provide meaningful financial insights that support growth, investment decisions, and strategic planning.
