About the Role

As the face of the business, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales performance across tyres, wheels, servicing, and repairs.

Your Day Will Include
Providing expert advice on tyres, servicing, repairs, and vehicle maintenance
Building long-term customer relationships through trust and service excellence
Managing front counter and phone enquiries with professionalism and confidence




Driving sales through effective upselling and cross-selling prospects
Preparing quotes, invoices, bookings, and customer follow-ups
Coordinating workflow between customers and workshop technicians
Helping maintain a smooth, productive, and high-performing store environment

What We’re Looking For
2 years Previous experience in the Automotive/Tyre industry essential.
Strong sales and customer service skills
Confidence using POS and computer systems (Marlin experience highly regarded)
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/workshop environment
Current Australian Driver’s Licence
Availability to work Saturdays
