As an Automotive Mechanic at Advance Tyre & Auto Pty Ltd in partnership with the national Tyres & More network, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles. This full time position is located in Hornsby and offers the opportunity to work in a new, well-equipped workshop, servicing a diverse client base.
What you'll be doing
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles
Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, brake inspections, and wheel alignments
Test and replace components, including engines, transmissions, and suspension systems
Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used
Ensure the workshop is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service and advice to clients
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's licence and own tools
