MI Battery Engineering is looking for a confident, customer-focused leader to take our Customer Solutions Team to the next level. This is your chance to lead a talented team, improve the way customers experience our business, and help shape a more responsive, solutions-led service model.
You'll lead five Customer Solutions Specialists supporting customers across Australia-coaching your team, streamlining processes, resolving escalations and partnering closely with Sales, Product Management, Operations and Supply Chain to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

What You'll Do
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing customer solutions team.
Create a customer-first culture built on ownership, urgency and continuous improvement.
Improve response times, quotation accuracy, order support and issue resolution.
Work closely with Sales and internal teams to remove roadblocks and support growth.
Use customer insights and performance metrics to identify better ways of working.

What You'll Bring
Proven leadership experience in customer service,



customer success or customer solutions.
Solid coaching, communication and relationship-building skills.
Commercial awareness and a practical approach to process improvement.
Confidence using ERP and CRM systems.
A positive, collaborative style with the drive to make things better.
Experience with battery technologies or DC power systems will be highly regarded.
