We are currently seeking a Full‑Time/Part‑Time / Casual Customer Service Specialist who can work 2–5 days per week, including potential weekend shifts.

We are currently seeking a Full‑Time/Part‑Time / Casual Customer Service Specialist who can work 2–5 days per week, including potential weekend shifts.
Qualifications & Experience
Positive, professional, and customer‑focused attitude
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (required)
Responsible, reliable, and accountable
Solid ability to work both independently and within a team
Availability for 2–5 working days per week, including weekends when required
Ability to work at Warringah Mall or Bondi Branch
Retail or customer service experience is highly regarded
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer phone enquiries
Assist Mandarin‑speaking customers with transactions and enquiries
Process and file customer documents
Complete customer requests and assist with account reconciliation
Support daily branch operations and administrative tasks
Perform daily transaction data entry and bank reconciliation
