We’re a growing bookkeeping practice based in Whitfield, supporting a wide range of local businesses with reliable, friendly, and detail‑focused financial administration. As our client base expands, we’re looking for a positive and adaptable receptionist to join our team.
About the Role
This position is ideal for someone seeking meaningful part‑time work within school‑friendly hours. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and will support the team with general administrative duties, including:
Greeting clients and managing incoming calls
Email correspondence and appointment scheduling
Filing, data entry, and document organisation
Assisting with client onboarding and basic admin tasks
Supporting the bookkeeping team as needed
As part of the role, you’ll be encouraged to study toward a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping,
with the potential for additional hours as your skills and confidence grow.
