TCW Infrastructure is growing, and we're looking for experienced Civil Construction All Rounders to join our expanding team.
With over 20 years of industry experience, TCW Infrastructure delivers high-quality civil construction projects across the renewable energy, infrastructure, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Working alongside Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 contractors, we've built a reputation for delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Due to continued growth, we're seeking skilled and versatile workers with experience across multiple trades and disciplines.
Whether you're a carpenter who can jump into formwork and concreting, a steel fixer who can assist with structures, or an operator who isn't afraid to get on the ground and help the crew—we want to hear from you.
About the Role
This role offers a mixture of local South East Queensland work and FIFO/DIDO opportunities across a variety of civil infrastructure projects.
Projects may include:
Renewable energy projects
Substations and energy infrastructure
Civil and structural concrete works
Commercial and industrial developments
Earthworks and civil construction projects
Initially, positions will be offered on a casual basis, with opportunities for ongoing work and permanent employment for the right candidates.
Duties May Include
Formwork and carpentry works
Steel fixing and reinforcement installation
Concrete placement and finishing
Structural and civil construction works
Operating machinery and plant (where licensed)
Civil labouring and general site duties
Assisting with excavation, trenching and drainage works
Reading plans and working to specifications
Maintaining high safety standards and site compliance




Working as part of a team to deliver project milestones safely and efficiently
About You
We're looking for people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved across multiple aspects of construction.
To be successful, you'll have:
Experience in one or more civil construction trades
The ability to work across multiple disciplines on site
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability, punctuality and a strong focus on productivity
Essential Requirements
Current Driver's Licence
Construction White Card
Reliable transport
Relevant trade qualifications, tickets or industry experience
Ability to travel for FIFO/DIDO projects when required
Ability to pass pre-employment and site-specific requirements
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Highly Regarded
Excavator, Roller, Loader or Skid Steer tickets
HR Licence
Working at Heights
Confined Space
First Aid & CPR
Experience on renewable energy, infrastructure or major civil projects
Multiple trade skills across formwork, steel fixing, concreting and operating
