This is a full-time, on-site role.
As a solicitor, you will:
Manage a caseload of files, including Criminal, Commercial, Corporation, Litigation, Equity, Family, and Will & Estate matters together with all other areas of the law the Practice engages in.
Represent clients in Court, draft legal documents, and provide tailored legal advice.
Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients.
Work both autonomously and as part of a supportive legal team.
Oversee and handle a caseload of complex matters.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
Lead and manage their files, ensuring high standards of legal service and skilled conduct.
Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favourable outcomes.
Represent clients in Court, mediation, Tribunal and other legal proceedings as necessary.
Contribute to business development initiatives and the firm's growth strategy.
Engage with Barristers and clients to run complex litigation matters.
