The Opportunity
We are working with one of Sydney's most established builder developers who have built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality residential projects across Sydney.
Due to continued growth and a significant pipeline of upcoming developments, they are looking to add an experienced Site Foreman to their delivery team on a major residential project in Sydney's southern suburbs.
This is a genuine long-term chance, not just a project hire.
With multiple high-end residential developments planned across Sydney, there is a clear pathway for someone looking to build a career with a business that continues to grow.
The Role
Working closely with an experienced Site Manager and wider project team, you will help drive the day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and managing subcontractors on site
Driving daily site activities and short-term programming
Maintaining high standards around quality and finishes




Assisting with inspections, defects and handovers
Ensuring WHS standards are maintained
Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and wider delivery team
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience as a Foreman, Supervisor or Leading Hand within residential construction
A strong trade background
Exposure to apartment, mixed-use or high-density residential projects
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with trades
A proactive attitude and genuine pride in delivering quality projects
