Workforce Extensions is currently seeking experienced Production Blending Operators to join a leading manufacturing business based in Eastern Creek. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing full-time hours with plenty of paid overtime and long-term career opportunities.

Day Shift – 6:00am starts
Night Shift – 6:00pm starts
Ongoing Monday to Friday work

Please note: Applicants interested in the night shift must be available to commence on day shift for training before transitioning to nights.

Key Responsibilities
Blending and mixing raw materials in accordance with production specifications
Measuring and weighing ingredients accurately
Operating blending and mixing equipment safely




Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards
Completing production documentation
General housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area
Following all workplace health and safety procedures

To Be Successful You Will Have
Previous experience in a blending, batching, mixing or manufacturing setting
Ability to accurately follow recipes, formulations and work instructions
Solid attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 25kg when required
Reliable transport and punctual attendance
Availability to work five days per week
A robust work ethic and commitment to safety
